Who are the
High on the Mountain Boys?

Started in 2005, The High on the Mountain Boys came about as a full circle of life. Starting many years earlier 5 brothers all had their hand in the music business at one time or another. Tom, Charley, Roger, Stanley and Ronnie Miller all played music together and as separate musicians for many years.

The Lord touched the lives of Roger, Tom, and Charley. The brothers ended up going to the same little church in Greenville, Va. Roger,Charley, and Tom started playing music at the services on Sunday mornings. Greg attended and started singing also.

As word got out  the desire to spread the word of God enveloped and Other musicians entered at different times. to play at the church in Greenville. Eddie Slough, Bruce Starke, Barry Mayo, and Chuck Monroe,Clyde Young, Bill Taylor and Vic Rosen. Roger, Greg ,Tom, and Charley started calling themselves "The High On The Mountain Boys", and started playing at different functions.

Sadly Tom Miller passed away a little while ago, but the love he had for God, the group, his family, his whole outlook on life, the joy and friendship he passed on to everyone he met, has convinced the group to continue to move forward as he would have wanted it. Adding Ricky,Alden and Jack. This is the group today.

Combining music, comedy, and spreading the word of God, this group performs at many churchs and functions all around the state.
